Haixin Co., Ltd. (600851): Resignation Of President Huang Yuan And Deputy President
Haixin (600851) announced on the evening of July 21 that the board of directors of the company recently received a written resignation report submitted by Mr. Huang Yuan, President of the company. For personal reasons, Mr. Huang Yuan applied to resign as president of the company.
The company will appoint a new president as soon as possible in accordance with relevant regulations. In order to ensure the normal operation and management of the company, the board of directors shall authorize Mr. Ren Xiaowei, vice president of the company, to perform the duties of the president on behalf of the board of directors before appointing the new president.
